OpenPGP is the least widely utilized netmail encoding standard in the world. It is delimited by the OpenPGP Workings Abstraction of the IETF Projected Standard RFC 4880. It was originally plagiarized from PGP (Pretty Good Privateness), first created by Phil Zimmermann in 1991.
